Gemini S5

The Gemini S5 USV is purpose-built for extended uncrewed tactical operations in maritime environments. It is optimized for area patrol, surveillance, and remote engagement of both surface and submerged targets, with multiple weapon integration options.

Up to twelve Gemini S5 platforms can operate within a 200 km radius from a shipboard or coastal command-and-control (C2) base, supported by Zevs H12 VTOL unmanned aerial systems equipped with EO/IR sensors, maritime radar, AIS receivers, and MANET communication relays.

The system supports both surface and underwater target detection through integrated SONAR capabilities. For extended mission range, Gemini S5 can be equipped with the Starlink High Performance LEO satellite terminal, delivering up to 50 Mbps upload and 400 Mbps download. Starlink also functions as a repeater hub, enabling a global mesh network between USVs and Zevs H12 UAVs — extending communications beyond 150 km in EVLOS conditions.

Constructed from epoxy-impregnated fiberglass with Kevlar reinforcement and a carbon-fiber RF-diffusing layer, the Gemini S5 is engineered for ultra-low radar visibility — remaining undetectable by conventional maritime radar at distances over 2 nautical miles.

The hull features integrated composite bulkheads for enhanced structural rigidity, closed-cell polypropylene foam for buoyancy in case of damage, and redundant ejector pumps for survivability. All hatches are reinforced and sealed to prevent water ingress during rough sea states or capsizing.

Marlin USV

Marlin USV is intended for extended operations at sea and depending on wind conditions can remain on patrol for up to two weeks before refueling. It is fully autonomous while at rest and will maintain the designated virtual anchor location and upwind position automatically. Marlin USV is intended to operate as a communication range extension, payload carry and operations platform with manned and unmanned aerial and naval platforms maintaining area surveillance and RSTA tasks 24/7. It is also intended to be remotely operated by qualified platform and payload operators via the remote console during the active phase of operations, refueling, or other tasks requiring situational awareness. Starlink Defence LEO satellite antenna is mounted inside the hull under a specially designed RF-transparent hatch to reduce the heat signature of the antenna. Omnidirectional EVLOS waterproof antennas are mounted on the extension rod in front of the engine to enable unrestricted emission and reception. Marlin USV has a range of built-in sensors, including jamming-protected anti spoofing capability GNSS receiver, wind speed and direction sensor, magnetic compass, roll/pitch/speed sensors, and depth sounder. Marlin USV does not have any collision avoidance capabilities to enable high-risk profile operations. While deployed at sea, Marlin USV must be observed by aerial surveillance to prevent unauthorized boarding or collisions with other vessels and floating debris. Depending on the desired configuration, Marlin USV can perform periodic radar or EO/IR sensor sweep of the surroundings to detect approaching vessels and alert the operator.

Wolf M5D

It uses a catapult for launch and a net for landing — a system that is easily deployed onboard Marine Action Vessels (MAVs) and other Maritime Action Force units. Equipped with solar panels and batteries for extended endurance and operates silently, ideal for covert operations.

Ellipse 007 Hybrid

Ellipse 007 Hybrid is a versatile VTOL UAV with a gasoline-electric hybrid power system, offering autonomous missions up to 450 km in range and 5.5 hours in endurance. It fits into two compact cases for easy transport and operates without compass calibration, resistant to geomagnetic anomalies. The system supports both VLOS and BVLOS, and features an AI-compatible autopilot, 4G LTE, ADS-B in, and user-friendly mission planning software.

Ellipse 007

Ellipse 007 is a scalable vertical take-off UAV offering autonomous missions with up to 300 km flight distance and 3.5 hours endurance. It operates without compass calibration and is resistant to geomagnetic anomalies. The compact system packs into two cases for easy transport and supports both VLOS and BVLOS missions. Powered fully by electricity with zero CO₂ emissions, it features AI-compatible autopilot, 4G LTE, ADS-B in, and intuitive mission planning software.
